SHIPPING INFORMATION:

m108.in uses third-party courier for all deliveries. All parcels will be delivered to the provided address and will require a signature on receipt. It is recommended to provide a work address for delivery if no one is home during business hours. Due to security issues, the parcel cannot be left unattended. When no one is home to sign for the parcel, a card will be left detailing the nearest third-party Courier Services’ outlet where the parcel can be collected during normal business hours.

We will endeavour to pack orders in plain boxes and unmark for privacy and security, however some very large items will be shipped in their original packaging. Packages will be dispatched as soon as payment has been processed. Allow normal postage times for delivery.

m108.in will dispatch most orders within TWO business days (Monday to Friday) assuming all items are in stock. All other orders will be dispatched as quickly as possible thereafter. It may be necessary for some orders to be shipped in more than one box from different distribution centres and therefore you may obtain these parcels at different times. You will be notified via email if there are any delays in obtaining any items on your order. Please contact us if you would like an alternative product or other arrangement. Credit Policy m108.in will cover the cost of freight of returned items where the mistake has been ours. We will accept return of products within 7 days with proof of purchase. Goods must be in acceptable condition and m108.in must be contacted prior to sending.

Medications, Vitamins, Consumable Products, Baby Formula and Fragrances cannot be exchanged or refunded. All other lines ordered incorrectly by customer, can be refunded if informed within 7 days of dispatch and in its original condition on return. Postage will be paid for by customer.

Our return policy is in addition to your rights under the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993, Sale of Goods Act 1908, and Fair-Trading Act 1986 (together, “India Consumer Law”) because we want you to be satisfied with your purchase. Please read the following carefully to ensure you are fully aware of your rights under this policy and our obligations to you. Nothing in our return policy is intended to exclude, restrict or modify the application of any INDIA Consumer Law.

CHANGE OF MIND RETURNS

If you wish to return an item because you have changed your mind about your purchase, m108.in will offer you an exchange or refund provided that:

• You return the item within 7 days of purchase;
• You produce your original m108.in register receipt, online tax invoice or other adequate proof of purchase at the time when you return the item;
• The item must not have been used or damaged in any way
• It must be in its original packaging including manuals, pamphlets and all accessories;
• It must be unopened, unused and in its original saleable condition
• The product must not be the one on which a change of mind return is not available (see below).
• If these requirements are not satisfied m108.in reserves the right not to offer an exchange or refund for change of mind return.

Returning Items Purchased Using the POSTAL Code

If you wish to return an item purchased using Pin Code, the return must be done through our Customer Service team and cannot currently be returned or exchanged in store.

Goods on which a change of mind return is not available

m108.in will not accept the return of items from the following categories under the change of mind returns policy under any circumstances:

• Baby Formula
• Fragrances
• Vitamin Supplements
• Consumable Products
• Face Masks
• Other returns

m108.in will accept product returns and provide you with an exchange, refund or repair where:

• The product is faulty or is not of acceptable quality, or
• Significantly different to those shown or described to you, or
• The product is not fit for its intended purpose, or
• The product is unsafe, and
• You can present your m108.in register receipt, online tax invoice or other adequate proof of purchase.

m108.in may elect to return the product to the manufacturer to determine the nature of the problem. m108.in reserves the right not to offer an exchange, refund or repair where the fault of an item is a result of misuse or neglect.

Goods presented for repair may be replaced by refurbished goods of the same type rather than being repaired. Refurbished parts may be used to repair goods. Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the India Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and for compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.

• Fit for their normal purposes
• Acceptable in finish and appearance
• Free from minor defects
• Safe
• Durable
• Acceptable quality takes into account what would normally be expected for the type of product and cost.

Assess the condition and age of returned goods prior to providing a repair, exchange or refund. This may result in a repair, exchange or refund being refused.
